Refund Policy
We strive to ensure customer satisfaction with all digital products offered. However, due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of Webflow templates are final. Please review the refund policy below carefully before making a purchase.
1. No Refunds on Digital Downloads
Once a Framer template has been purchased and downloaded, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances, except in the rare cases outlined in Section 2 below. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
Refunds will only be considered in the following limited cases:
File Corruption: If the template file is corrupt and cannot be opened or used and we are unable to provide a functional replacement within 5 business days.
Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same template more than once, a refund may be issued for the duplicate transaction after verification.
3. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund (in cases outlined above), you must:
Submit a written request via email- arushi@jarvisatwork.com, within 3 calendar days of the purchase date.
Provide a clear explanation of the issue, including supporting evidence (e.g., screenshots, error messages).
Not have altered, duplicated, or resold the template in any way.
4. Use Termination Upon Refund
If a refund is granted:
You must immediately cease use of the template.
You are required to delete all copies of the template from your Framer account, computer, cloud storage, or any other location.
Continued use of the template after a refund is considered a violation of intellectual property rights and may result in legal action.
5. Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued for:
Buyer's remorse or change of mind.
Incompatibility with third-party plugins or external platforms.
Lack of understanding of how Framer works.
Requests made after the 3-day window.
6. Modifications & Support
Each template comes as-is. Customization requests or personal adaptation are not included. Limited support may be provided for template-related issues but does not include custom edits or training on Framer usage.
